益肺抗瘤饮对肺癌患者Th1 Th2作用的研究

摘　　要：为了解肺癌患者Th1、Th2的失衡状况及中药益肺抗瘤饮的治疗作用 ,用ELISA法检测患者治疗前后外周血培养液IFN γ和IL 10含量 ,结果治前与健康人相比 ,IFN γ明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,IL 10明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。益肺抗瘤饮治疗后 ,19例中晚期肺癌的瘤灶部分缓解及稳定率与化疗组相仿 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但生活质量改善较明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,IFN γ水平有所上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,IL 10水平降低 (P <0 0 5 )。提示益肺抗瘤饮对肺癌Th1、Th2失衡有一定调节作用。In order to study the imbalance of Th1 and Th2 in the patients with lung cancer and the effect of Yifeikangliuyin(YFKL) on it,the level of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in the patients′ whole blood cultures were measured using ELISA before and after treatment.The result showed that the level of the IFN-γ were declined( P <0 01),while IL-10 were elevated markedly compared with the nomal( P <0 01).After the treatment with YFKL,the IFN-γ increaced and the IL-10 were declined compared with it before the treatment ( P <0 05).It indicated that the YFKL can adjust the imbalance of Th1 and Th2 in the patients with lung cancer.
