摘　　要：肾炎灵颗粒剂能改善慢性原发性肾小球疾病患者的血液流变学指标 ,说明有改善全身和肾组织微循环的作用 ,分析这可能是其临床疗效作用机理的一个组成部分。Objective :The mechanism of action of Shenyanlin Granule to CGN is analyzed. Methodlogy :This study is the clinical observation of the blood rheology and fibrinogen index of the before and after treatment. Results :Both of the blood rheology index and fibrinogen are declined. Conclusion :Shenyanlin Granule can improve the microcirculation of the whole body,especially the kindey.
