中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：收治 8 0例髌骨骨折患者 ,根据其骨折类型 ,采用中西医综合治疗 ,疗效满意 ,全部病例中 ,优 5 3例 ,良18例。优良率达 88 75 % ,从而表明 ,中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折能加快骨折愈合 ,提高功能康复 ,缩短病程。Patella fracture is a common disease on the clinic.According to the type of fracture,80 cases were chosen for the treatment between conservative and operation from 1996～2000,the total rate of excellent of the treated group was 88 75%.53 cases had excellent results,18 good and 2 fair. Conclusion :Integration of TCM and western medicine for the treatment of patella fracture can accelerate the healing of the fracture,improve the restoration of the function and shorten the fracture healing period.
