摘　　要：目的 :测定清咽袋泡剂中绿原酸的含量 ,控制该制剂的质量。方法 :采用WATERS高效液相色谱系统 ,以甲醇∶1%冰醋酸 (18∶82 )为流动相 ,检测波长 32 8nm。结果 :绿原酸在 0 16 5～ 1 2 36 μg范围内成良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99 48% ,RSD为 1 32 % (n =6 )。结论 :采用高效液相色谱法测定清咽袋泡剂中绿原酸的含量方便、准确、快速 ,可用于控制该制剂的质量。Objective :Determination of Chlorogenic acid in Qingyan Medicated Tea. Method :Using HPLC as the determination method.The separation was performed with a mobile phase of MeOH-1%HAc(18∶82).The sample wavelength was 213nm. Result :The content of chlorogenic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0 165～1 236μg.The average collection was 99 48%.RSD was 1 67%( n =6). Conclusion :This method is suitable for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingyan Medicated tea.
