参芪地黄方对慢性肾衰脾肾两虚证患者脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨参芪地黄方对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)脾肾两虚证患者脂质代谢的影响。方法 :对4 8例 CRF脾肾两虚证患者于治疗前后进行血脂及脂蛋白 a[Lp(a) ]检测。结果 :治疗前 CRF脾肾两虚证患者 CHO、TG、LDL、L p(a)均明显高于正常水平 ,HDL明显低于正常水平 ,经参芪地黄方治疗后 ,CHO、TG、LDL、Lp(a)均显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,HDL显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To explore the effect of Shen Qi Di Huang recipe on lipoprotein metabolism in chronic renal failure cases with weaknesses of Qi and Ying.Methods:48 chronic renal failure caes with Qi and Ying weaknesses were employed to detect their serum lipid and lipoprotein a levels before and after the treatment.Results:Before the treatment,the serum levels of CHO,TG,LDL and lipoprotein a were highter than those of the healthy cases.After the treatment,they were greatly lowered with statistical differences when compared with each other( P <0.05).HDL was increased( P <0.05).Conclusions:Shen Qi Di Huang recipe was effective in treating chronic renal failure with Qi and Ying weaknesses.
