摘  要:改进生产增白剂的除盐和浓缩工艺。采用纳滤膜分离技术对化学合成的增白剂物料(水溶液)进行除盐和浓缩 ,可将大分子增白剂与小分子盐、水等分离 ,有效实现对增白剂合成料液的除盐和浓缩 ,提高增白剂的纯度和产品质量的一致性 ,同时还可简化生产工艺、提高生产效率。The salt removing and concentration technique of production of brightening agent has been improved. Nanofiltration membrane separation technology was utilized in salt removing and concentration of brightening agent material (aqueous solution) prepared by chemical synthesis so that macromolecular brightening agent was separated from small molecule salt and water, thus achieving removal of salt and refining of the product. This technology can ensure the consistance of product quality and its purity, simplify production process, enhance efficiency and reduce intensity of labour.
