摘  要:目的 :分析煤矿深井工人骨质疏松症的发生、发展、诊断、治疗及预防措施。方法 :采用单光子骨矿物分析仪测定平顶山煤矿区 1180例深井工人桡骨骨矿含量 ,结合生活规律调查 ,如每日接触阳光时间、吸烟、酗酒、饮食等进行相关性研究。结果 :煤矿深井工人骨矿含量明显低于本地区健康人正常值 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与每日工人接触阳光时间短、钙摄入不足及嗜好吸烟酗酒等生活习惯有明显相关。结论 :煤矿深井工人普遍存在骨质疏松 ,煤矿应合理安排工人饮食 ,活跃工人业余文化生活 ,多接触阳光 ,戒烟 ,避免酗酒。Objective To analyze the causes,development,diagnosis,treatment and precaution of osteoporosis of deep mine well miners.Methods Single photon device was used to determine the mineral contents in the radius of 1180 miners working in deep well in Pingdingshan mine area,combined with the investigation on their living habits,as daily hours exposing to sunlight,daily diet,addiction of drinking and smoking.Results The mineral contents in radius bone of the miners working in deep mine well were obviously lower than those of normal subjects ( P <0.05),which was related to lacking of daily exposing to sunlight,insufficiency of calcium absorbing and addiction of drinking and smoking.Conclusions Osteoporosis was very common in miners working in deep mine well.Therefore the miners should properly arrange their diet and work to remain enough hours exposing to sunlight and rid off bad habits as drinking and smoking.
