摘　　要：介绍了一种单片宽带真对数放大器 SB5 3 1的设计原理及其应用实例 ,并给出了实验结果。该放大器可广泛应用于通讯、雷达、电子对抗以及各种放大和电子测量设备中。A monolithic wide band true logarithmic amplifier is presented, which is widely used in telecommunications, radars, electronic countermeasure and various electronic measurement systems.The design principle of the circuit is dealt with, and application examples are described.Finally, experimental results are given in the paper
