摘　　要：根据我国所用的光缆结构,以及工程建设中所设计的防护技术和对地绝缘监测装置,归纳实际维护中的一些经验,结合今后发展实际需求,把我国干线维护中已实行的“四预”做法和光缆金属护套对地绝缘的巡逻监测,综合成为光缆防护的“动态检测系统”软件。论述了建立该系统的必要性和实施的经济意义。Combined with optical cable structure adopted in China,protective technology and insu-lation to the ground monitoring devices designed in project construction,it summarizes practical maintenance experiences.Considering actual demands of the future development,it integrates'pre-patrol,pre-examine,predict and forecast'carried in communication trunk maintenance of China and insulation to the ground monitoring into'dynamic detection system'software for optical cable protection.This paper gives necessity of constructing this system and its economical significance.
