摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺结核的流行情况,发现方式,临床特点和治疗的新进展。方法通过老年肺结核与肺结核相比较,阐述老年肺结核特点。结果老年肺结核患病率呈上升趋势,发现方式以因症就诊居多,且症状不典型,排菌率高,合并症多,复发率,误诊率,死亡率高。结论肺结核有向老年推移的趋势,要重视老年肺结核因症就诊工作。治疗需选用合理,有效的治疗方案,同时规则服药。Objective：Probe into TB on the aged as well as its suffering circ umstances，Ways of fi nding，Clinical features and new process of therapy．Metho ds：Explain the features of TB on the aged，With a comparison between TB itself and TB on the aged．Results：The suffering on the increase．The wa ys of finding ．Mainly as call for therapy under suffering，the clinical sy mp－toms．Typical ，With considerable me rgers and excretion of bacterium，Hi gh in relapse，diagn osis errors and d eath rate．Conclusion：TB is tending towards the aged．Attac h importance to TB therapy under suffering in the aged．For patients．Choo se a r ational and effective therapeutic scheme．Admi nister regulary．
