摘　　要：目的:探讨应用微创硬通道引流术清除脑室内积血。方法:应用硬通道进行脑室穿刺结合尿激酶溶解引流术清除脑室积血17例。结果:17例穿刺置入硬通道治疗均获成功,积血完全清除。结论:此法操作简便,创伤小,能有效地保证脑室引流的通畅,迅速清除脑室积血,打通梗阻脑室,恢复正常脑脊液循环。对高龄及全身状况较差的患者是首选的治疗方法之一。因其微创的特点患者及家属易于接受,同时缩短住院时间,降低了治疗费用。适合在各种级别的医院推广。Objective: To study the effect of cleaning the ventricular hemorrhage by micro - traumatic hard passage drainage. Methods: The study was conducted 17 case. The urokinase joined in ventriculocentesis by hard passage to clean the ventricular hemato-cele. Results: The treatment was all successful in 17 case. The ventricular hematocele was cleaned completely. Conclusion: The method is easy and micro - traumatic. It can clean the ventricular hematocele quickly and make the ventricular drainage unobsructed. It also can recall the regular circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. The treatment is one of the first selection to the patients with senility or/and poor physical condition, The treatment is micro - traumatic and the hospitalization is shortened, at the same time, the cost is decreased. The treatment fits to every hospital.
