摘　　要：为探讨专科特色技术建设在全军医学专科中心建设中的作用 ,本文阐述了特色技术建设是全军医学专科中心建立的基础 ;特色技术的前沿性是医学专科中心发展的关键 ;结合军事医学是维持全军专科中心的基本要求。To inquire into the action of the characteristic technology construction in the medical special department center of PLA, it is expounded in this article that the characteristic technology construction of the special department is the base of the medical special department center establishing in PLA;the forward position property of the characteristic technology on the special department is the key of the medical special department center of PLA; the strict combining martial medicine is the base require of maintaining the medical special department center of PLA. The reference should be provided for the construction of the medial special department of PLA.
