摘　　要：目的　探讨严重下肢创伤后复合组织缺损修复与重建的有效方法。　方法　本组 16 4例 ,根据不同组织缺损或损伤情况 ,设计了 5种修复与重建方法。　结果　无 1例截肢 ,随访 5～ 10年 ,其优良率为 96 .3 %。　结论　本研究的 5种方法 ,基本能满足严重创伤后各种损伤组织的修复与重建 。Objective To explore the available methods in repairing and restoring the composite tissue defects after severe trauma of the lower extremities. Methods 164 cases were studied, each had a large area of skin and soft tissue defect, or combined with other tissue defects such as bone, muscle tendon, blood vessel, while blood supply to the foot of the injuried limb was deficient or bloodless. According to the varied tissue defects and its degree of injury, five operating procedures were designed and introduced. Results None of the limbs had undergone amputation. A 5～10 years follow up found a good result of 96.3% in all the cases. Conclusion The five surgical means will satisfy the repairing and restoring of varied tissue defects following severe trauma of the lower limbs, and the injuried limbs may be saved.
