加压药物灌注联合多功能治疗仪治疗慢性前列腺炎

摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎的有效治疗方法。　方法 :应用经尿道加压药物灌注联合多功能前列腺治疗仪治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎 72例。采用口服药物治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎 64例作为对照。　结果 :治疗组中治愈 5 1例 ,有效 15例 ,有效率 91.6%。对照组治愈 2 9例 ,有效 15例 ,有效率 68.7%。治疗后随访 6～ 12个月 ,治疗组 5例复发 ,对照组 2 6例复发。　结论 :经尿道加压药物灌注联合多功能治疗仪治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎创伤小 ,安全、有效 ,复发率低。Objectives: To assess the efficient methods to treat chronic bacteria prostatitis. Methods: Seventy two patients with chronic bacteria prostatitis were treated using multifunction treatment instrument combined with adding press druggery perfusion through urethra. Sixty four patients with chronic bacteria prostatitis were treated through orally taking medicine as a control . Results: In 72 patients, 51 and 15 patients were cured and improved,repectively.The effective rate was 91.6%. In control group, 29 and 15 patients were cured and improve ,respectively. The effective rate was 68.7%. Follow up for 6~12 months showed that five and 26 patients relapsed respective in treatment group and control group. Conclusions: Combine multifunction instrument treated chronic bacteria prostatitis adding press druggery perfusion through urethra is less wounded,safe,effective, and relapse rate was lower.
