摘 要:目的 探讨氟对抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法 随机选择氟暴露工人 2 0名、健康的非氟暴露工人 15名 ,测定尿氟含量 ,外周血AKP、SOD、GSH Px活性及Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg离子含量。另随机选择健康非氟暴露者 10名 ,抽取静脉血 ,分离血清 ,均加入氟化钠 ,使反应体系中氟浓度分别达到 0、 2 6 3、 10 5 2和 2 1 0 4mmol/L ;室温下反应 30min后 ,测定AKP、SOD和GSH Px活性。结果 氟暴露工人尿氟、血清AKP、全血GSH Px活性高于非氟暴露者 ,而血清SOD活性和Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg含量低于非氟暴露者。体外加氟实验显示 ,氟浓度 2 1 0 4mmol/L组AKP活性高于对照组 ,而SOD和GSH Px活性低于对照组。结论 氟可致抗氧化酶活性改变。Objectives To study the effects of fluoride on the activity of anti oxidase.Methods Twenty workers exposed to fluoride and 15 healthy non exposed ones were randomly selected,and their urine level of fluoride,activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)in peripheral blood,and serum levels of copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)were determined.In addition,other ten healthy and non exposed persons were randomly selected and blood specimens were collected from them.Serum was separated and mixed with sodium fluoride at various concentrations of 0,2 63,10 52 and 21 04 mmol/L for 30 minutes at room temperature,and then serum activities of AKP,SOD and GSH Px were determined.Results Urine fluoride level,serum activity of AKP and blood activity of GSH Px in exposed workers were higher than those in non exposed ones,but serum activity of SOD and serum levels of Cu,Zn,Ca and Mg in exposed workers were lower than those in non exposed ones.Experiments treated with fluoride in vitro showed that activity of AKP in those added with 21 04 mmol/L fluoride was higher than that in controls,but activities of SOD and GSH Px in the former was lower than those in the later.Conclusions Fluoride could cause changes in activity of anti oxidase.
