摘　　要：杂交瘤技术原理和操作过程包含了其许多优点 ,特异性强、方便、敏感和快速。与其它试验技术联用后 ,它从细胞、亚细胞和分子水平 ,动态地把形态变化与功能联系起来并对病原定性、定位及定量。 30年来它不断地发展和改进 ,也为病理学的理论和技术的发展提供了一些新的思路。The principles of hybridoma technique are involved in some advantages, high specificity, sensitivity, convenience and quickness. Armed with other techniques, it is used extensively in level of cell, subcell and molecular, and links mophological changes with function, and make pathogens location, quantitative and qualitative. Owing to its developments and betterment, it gives some novel approach for pathological theory and techniques.
