EFFECTS OF ZINC OXID ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE,BIOCHEMICAL INDEXES AND DIGESTION OF WEANLING PIGLETS

摘  要:本试验选用30日龄断奶三江白仔猪50头,随机分为5组,在各组日粮中添加0、2000、2500、3000和3500 mgkg-1氧化锌(ZnO)。消化试验以Cr2O3作指示剂进行日粮养分消化率的测定。试验期21 d。结果表明:各试验组仔猪日增重较对照组分别提高4.8%、12.1%、20.5%(P﹤0.05)和22.5%(P﹤0.05);饲料利用率分别提高2.98%、2.24%、9.70%和10.45%;腹泻频率分别降低22.3%、37.2%、33.5%和51.5%。对血清生化指标检测结果表明:氧化锌可显著提高血清锌和IgG的浓度,有提高血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白和胆固醇的趋势,但对尿素氮、钙和磷无影响。消化试验结果表明,高锌可提高日粮干物质和粗蛋白的消化率。A feeding trial using 50 weanling piglets were divided randomly into five groups receiving the same basal diet,supplemented with 0,2000,2500,3000,3500 mg穔g-1 zinc oxide respectively,for 21days, and a digestion experiment using Cr2O3 as an indicator were conducted to study the effect of different level of ZnO on growth performance,biochemical indexes and digestion of weanling piglets. The results showed that:ADG and ADFI of weanling piglets were increased by 20.5%(P﹤0.05),9.70% and 22.5%(P﹤0.05),10.45% respectively with supplementation of 3000 and 3500 mg穔g-1 zinc oxide. Diarrhoea rates was reduced by 33.5% and 51.5% with the addition of 3000 and 3500 mg穔g-1 zinc oxide,the concentration of IgG and Zinc in serum increased with the increasing of Zinc level supplemented in diets. The results of digestion experiment showed that adding 3000 and 3500 mg穔g-1 increased apparent digestibility of DM,CP of diet by 4.15%(P﹤0.05),4.60%(P﹤0.05)and 5.50%(P﹤0.05),5.53%(P﹤0.05)respectively.
