摘 要:本试验应用聚乙烯吡咯酮(PVP)与促卵泡素(FSH)相结合,利用PVP可以对FSH起包被和缓释而延长FSH在动物体内半衰期这一特性,进行了对奶牛卵巢萎缩的治疗试验,并与FSH分次注射和PMSG注射法的疗效进行了比较,试验结果表明,PVP与FSH结合组(A组)的疗效效果与FSH分次注射组(B组)、PMSG注射组(C组)间差异不显著(p>O.05),但治愈率分别高8.3和13.9个百分点。In attempt to investigate the curative effect of a therapeutics on atrophy of the cow ovary, the injection model, combining PVP with FSH (group A) was established and explored, moreover, compared the two previous therapeutics, repeated injection of FSH (group B) and only injection of PMSG(group C). In this study, we made use of the characteristic that FSH could be wrapped and released more slowly by PVP and its half-life could be extended in animals?bodies. The results showed that there were no significant difference about the curative effect above group A compared with the two control groups(group B and group C)(p>0.05), but the curative rate of group A was 8.3% and 13%higher than that of two other groups.
