摘  要:冰核细菌可能是自然界中诱发和加重霜冻敏感植物发生霜冻害的重要原因之一。由于单个的冰核细菌细胞并不具有冰核活性 ,因此 ,研究植物上冰核细菌的种群数量或密度是研究冰核细菌与植物霜冻害关系的关键。从云南省的元江、寻甸、河口、呈贡、临沧、陆良、宣威、曲靖、富民、昆明市官渡区及越南老街等地采集到 10 8种植物共16 6个标样中 ,有 4 5个标样分离共到 71株冰核细菌 ,标样中冰核细菌的检出率为 2 7 1% ,最低密度为 6 0× 10 4CFU/ g ,最高密度为 5 12× 10 9CFU/ g。其余 12 1个标样经再次分离未检测冰核细菌 ,占总标样数的 72 9%。在云南植物上 ,用稀释平板法可检测冰核细菌的最低密度为 2 0× 10 4CFU/ g .Ice nucleation active bacteria (INA Bacteria) may be the most important factor in inducing and enhancing frost injury to sensitive plants. Single cell of INA bacteria can not act as ice nucleus, therefor the key to the study on the relationships between INA bacteria and frost injury to plants is to study the population of INA bacteria. 166 specimen of frost injured plants were collected from Yuanjiang, Xundian, Hekou, Chenggong, Lincang, Luliang, Xuanwei, Qujing, Kunming of Yunnan province and Laojie of Vietnam respectively, and to be isolated quantitatively for INA bacteria. Amount these specimen, 45 were detected to bear with 71 strains of INA bacteria, and their population is between 6 0×10 4?CFU/g for the lowest and 5 12×10 9?CFU/g for the highest. The detection ratio is 27 1%. But the remain 121 specimen were not isolated or detected any INA bacteria, which made a 72 9% of the total amount. The minimum population of INA bacteria that can be detected in our research on plants from Yunnan province is about 2 0×10 4?CFU/g.
