摘 要:病原菌在侵染植物的过程中产生的毒素一向被认为是致病的重要因子 ,然而对毒素致病作用的确定却是一个复杂的问题。毒素在一般生物测定中表现出来的对植物组织的伤害与破坏作用并不一定代表其具备致病力的密切相关 。Toxin is one of important pathogenic factors to plants.However,the determination of its specific function in a disease development is a complex process.The damage and disruption of plants caused by a toxin in bioassay do not necessarily indicate its pathogenicity.The positive correlation between pathogenicity of pathogen isolates and their toxin producing capability,and the correlation between resistance of plants to pathogen infection and their tolerance to corresponding toxins are all helpful in illustrating the close relationship between toxin and pathogenicity.But the role of a specific toxin in causing plant disease and its relative contribution to the pathogenicity need to be determined in some more precise and strict experiments.
