摘　　要：目的　对MAXM -COULTER全自动血细胞分析仪测定网织红细胞 (RET)效果进行评价。方法　收集临床及正常人血液标本用上述仪器进行测定。结果　批内、批间重复性高值、中值CV3 4 %～ 4 5 % ;低值CV11 4 %～ 16 9%。携带率为 0 %。仪器计数与手工相关性高 (r =0 9646)。测得 10 3例正常人RET均值为0 78%。结论　网织红细胞仪器计数与手工计数相关性高 ,精密度、重复性、稳定性好 。Objective To assess the effect of detection of RET with MAX auto-analyzer. Methods The blood samples of patients in clinic and normal persons were detected with MAX. Results The repeat high value and mean value and low value of intra group and mid group were 3.4～4.5%, lower CV value was 11.4～16.9%. The tout rate was 0%. The analyzer counter was higher related with manual counter (r=0.9646). The average RET of normal 103 persons was 0.78%. Conclusion There was higher related with the analyzer and manual counter to detect the RET with its precision, repeat and stable so that to use in clinic.
