七叶皂苷钠治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究七叶皂苷钠神经根颈椎病的疗效及安全性。方法:60例神经根型颈椎病病人随机分为两组,均给予能量台剂,治疗组30例加七叶皂苷钠。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为86.67％和70％(P<0.05)。结论:治疗神经根型颈椎病,七叶皂苷钠是一种安全而有效的选择。Objective: To study efficacy and safety of Sodium Aescinate therapy in the 外 patients with cervicaispondyiotic radiculopathy. Methods: 60 patients with cervicaispondyiotic radiculopathy were divided into two groups and treated with capacity mixture. The treated group was additionally treated with Sodium Aescinate. Results: The effective rate in treated group and controlled group was 86.67% and 70%, respectively. Conclusion: Sodium Aescinate is an availability and safety selection in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
