摘  要:为判定平板菌落自动识别计数软件的功能及其影响因素,用不同菌悬液进行了活菌计数实验。结果,采取平板涂抹接种且菌落数<300.用该软件的程序自动计数结果,与人肉眼计数相差≤7cfu/平板。3次自动计数结果完全一样,3人次肉眼计数结果则多不吻合。在定量杀菌试验中,当杀灭率≥74.76%时,用2种计数计算的结果基本一致,小于该杀灭率时两者亦相近。该自动计数法受不同微生物菌落形态、大小的影响不明显,但受琼脂倾注法接种的影响。现有程序仅适用于平板涂抹法接种所长出的菌落。In order to assess the function of the software for automatic identification and counting of the bacterial colonies on plate, experiment on viable bacteria counting was carried out us- ing different bacterial suspensions. The results indicated that when plate smearing inoculation with bacterial colonies < 300 was used, the result of automatic counting by means of this software program showed a difference of ≤7 cfu / plate as compared with the result of count- ing with naked eye. The results of triplicate automatic counting were exactly same, while the results of counting with naked eye for 3 man-times were mostly not identical. In the quantita- tive germicidal test, the results of counting by the two methods were essentially identical when the killing rate was ≥74.76% and were also similar when the killing rate was lower than 74.76%. This automatic counting method was not influenced apparently by the morphology and size of the colonies of different microorganisms, but was influenced by agar pouring in- oculation. The available program is only applicable to the bacterial colonied on the plate in- oculated by plate smearing method.
