摘  要:三氯羟基二苯醚复方消毒剂为含三氯羟基二苯醚(3000 mg/L)、丙二醇、乙醇、PPG26—PEG芘麻油的无色液体(pH7.01)。为观察其杀灭细菌与真菌效果及毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与动物毒性试验。结果,以含三氯羟基二苯醚1200 mg/L的复方消毒剂溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用1min,对白色念珠菌作用3min,平均杀灭率分别为99.92%、99.94%、99.93%。其杀菌效果随三氯羟基二苯醚含量增加、温度升高,作用时间延长而增强,随有机物含量增加而减弱。经检测,该复方消毒剂贮存稳定性较好。毒性试验表明,小鼠口服LD50>5000 mg/kg,对家兔急性皮肤刺激未见红斑与水肿,小鼠骨髓微核试验阴性。因此,该复方消毒剂属实际无毒、无急性刺激性物质。Compound Disinfectant of Trichlorohydroxydiphenyl Ether is a colorless liquid con- taining trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether (3000 mg/L), propanediol, ethanol and PPG26-PEG castor oil (pH 7.0l). In order to observe its bactericidal and fungicidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results indi- cated that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether 1200 mg/L for 1 min and Candida albicans exposed for 3 min were 99.92%, 99.94% and 99.93% respectively. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing content of trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether and temperature and prolonging exposure time, and de- creased with increasing content of organic substances. It was found by examination that this compound disinfectant had good stability during storing. Toxicity test indicated that its oral LD50 was > 5000 mg/kg in mice, no erythema and edema were induced by its acute skin stimulation in rabbits and bone marrow micronucleus test was negative in mice. Therefore, this compound disinfectant belongs to actually nontoxic disinfectant and has no acute irrita-tion.
