万福金安消毒液喷雾对物品表面消毒效果的检测

摘　　要：为了解采用喷雾式快速消毒器喷雾万福金安消毒剂（含非离子表面活性剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠的复方）溶液对物品表面的消毒效果，进行了载体定量杀灭微生物试验。结果，以含有效氯 ５１００ ｍｇ／Ｌ的万福金安消毒液喷雾５ｓ（喷液速度０．３ ｍｌ／ｓ），再作用 ４ ｍｉｎ，对玻璃片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的灭除率为１００％，可将玻璃片表面乙型肝炎表面抗原的抗原性破坏，对污染于牙钻钻针的乙型肝炎表面抗原则需作用８ｍｉｎ。In order to know the surface disinfection efficacy of Wanfujin'an disinfectant solution (a compound disinfectant containing non-ionic surfactant and sodium dichloroisocyanurate) sprayed by a sprmying-type quick disinfector, carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results indicated that spraying Wanfujin'an disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 5 100 mg/L for 5 sec (spraying rate was 0.3 ml/ sec) followed by contact for 4 min killed l00% of the spores of B. subtilis var. niger on the surface of glass slide and could de- stroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on the surface of glass slide. For destroying HBsAg contami- nating the bur of dental drill, 8 min was required.
