摘　　要：讨论了新指数体系的构建 ,探讨了同度量因素由于时期选择不同而形成的传统指数体系与新指数体系的表现形式及其异同 ,并通过对它们的评价 。This paper researches the difference and identity of the systems of general index numbers based on the different instrumental factors and their different time. It further evaluates the systems and their being applied principle.
