摘 要:研究了大黄减肥效应的作用途径 .采用静脉、腹腔给药和脑室给药的方式 ,测定了在给药前 4d和给药后 6d大鼠的体重、摄食量以及胆汁和胰酶分泌量的变化 .结果表明 ,外周给予大黄后 (静脉、腹腔 ) ,大鼠均于当天引起摄食量的显著下降 ,第三天引起体重下降 ;脑室给予大黄Ⅰ组后第五天引起摄食量的显著下降 ,给予大黄Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组后第四天引起体重下降 ;腹腔给予大黄和脑室给予大黄Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组后大鼠的胆汁分泌量增多 ;外周给予大黄 (静脉、腹腔 )和脑室给予大黄Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组后其胰酶分泌量均减少 .说明大黄主要对外周组织脏器直接作用发挥减肥效能 。To investigate the effect of weight loss of rhubarb with different administration,Male Wistar rats were used for this experiment.(1) I.p.administration of rhubarb at dose of 0.05?g/100?g may reduce food intake,body weight,pancreatic enzyme secretion and increased bile secretion (2) I.v.administration of rhubarb at 200?μg/0.1?mL or 600?μg/0.1?mL can both reduce food intake at the first day.The rats lost their body weight significantly at the 2nd or 3rd day.After the administration,pancreatic enzyme secretion of these two groups was decreased.(3) I.c.v.administration of rhubarb at small dose of 20?μg/10?μL may reduce food intake at the 5th day and decreased pancreatic enzyme secretion,but bile secretion had no change.At higher dose of 40?μg/10?μL and 60?μg/10?μL,food intake was suppressed insignificantly at the 2nd day,and after the administration the secretion of pancreatic enzyme was decreased and bile secretion increased.Body weight of these three groups was reduced at the 4th day.This results suggest that the effect of weight loss of rhubarb is mainly due to its direct action on peripheral sites.
