苦菜叶及苦菜茶总黄酮含量的测定

摘　　要：采用乙醇提取、分光光度法测定了苦菜叶及苦菜茶中的总黄酮含量 .结果表明 ,苦菜叶中总黄酮含量为 3 .98% ;不同浸泡时间的苦菜茶中总黄酮含量不同 ,以沸水冲泡 2 0The total flavonoid content in Chinensis leaves and Chinensis tea is determined by alcohol extraction and column chromatography colorimetric.It is demonstrated that the total flavonoid in Chinensis leaves is 3.98%.The flavonoid amount in Chinensis tea is different under different soaked time.The total flavonoid amount is largest when Chinensis tea is soaked by boiled water for 20 minutes.
