摘  要:通过HNO3/H2 SO4,H2 O2 /H2 SO4两条途径氧化石油焦 ,制备水性中间相 ,用乙二醇 /乙醇调制水性中间相的溶胶 凝胶 ,经超临界干燥制备超细炭 ,用FT IR红外光谱、透射电子显微镜对试样进行表征。研究结果表明 :石油焦氧化过程中主要发生氧化、磺化和硝化反应 ,水性中间相官能团种类随所用氧化试剂不同而异 ;由HNO3/H2 SO4氧化得到的水性中间相适合于制备炭质溶胶 -凝胶和粉末状超细非晶态炭 ,超细炭的平均粒径约为 0 .5The aqua mesophase was prepared by oxidizing petroleum raw coke with HNO 3/H 2SO 4 or H 2O 2/ H 2SO 4 Glycol/ethanol were used to concoct aqua mesophase sol gel,and by means of super critical evaporation,ultrafine carbon powder was prepared The samples were characterized by FT IR spectrum and transmission electron microscope. The investigation shows:during the oxidation of petroleum raw coke, the main reactions are oxidation,nitration and sulfonation;the varieties of function regiment of aqua mesphase changes with the oxidation reagent;aqua mesophase(obtained with HNO 3/H 2SO 4 ) is fit for the preparation of aqua mesophase sol gel and ultrafine carbon powder, the average diameter of which is about 0.5μm.
