摘 要:目的 探讨 2 乙氧基乙醇 (EE)染毒对大鼠某些脂代谢指标和血糖的影响及其可能机制。方法 选取雄性Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为 4组 :对照组、EE 2 0 0、40 0和 80 0mg kg组。每天灌胃染毒 1次 ,每周 6次 ,持续 6周。分别于每周后 ,将各组动物随机处死 5只 ,对血液及肝脏中的脂代谢指标进行测定。结果 从第 3周开始 ,EE染毒大鼠血清甘油三酯 (TG)含量 (889 6± 70 2 )mg L显著高于对照组 (6 32 0± 88 2 )mg L ,血清极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL)含量 (177 9± 14 0 )mg L显著高于对照组 (12 6 4± 17 2 )mg L ;肝脏脂肪酸 β 氧化速度从第 3周开始显著低于对照组 ;肝脏TG含量仅在染毒第 5和 6周 ,中、高剂量组显著高于对照组 ;血清含量从第 4周开始 ,仅中或高剂量组显著降低 ;血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)和低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)含量未发生显著性改变。结论 EE长期染毒可对大鼠脂。Objective To determine whether 2\|ethoxyethanol(EE)can affect the fat and glucose metabolism and explore their possible mechanism.Methods The rats were gavaged with 0,200,400 and 800 mg/kg EE daily,6 days a week,for 6 weeks.β oxidation metabolism of fatty acid,the contents of TG in liver and TG,TC,glucose,VLDL,HDL and LDL in serum were assayed at every week.Results The levels of TG (889\^6±70\^2)mg/L and VLDL(177\^9±14)mg/L in serum were significantly elevated from the third week compared with the control (632\^0±88\^2) mg/L and (126\^4±17\^2)mg/L,respectively.β oxidation metabolism of fatty acid in rat's liver was significantly decreased from the third week and the levels of TG in liver were significantly elevated only at doses of 400 and 800 mg/kg EE at the fifth and sixth week.The level of glucose in serum were significantly reduced just at doses of 400 or 800 mg/kg EE from the forth week.But no significant changes were detected in TC,HDL and LDL in serum.Conclusion The results indicated that EE could affect the metabolism of fat and glucose in rats.
