摘 要:目的 :运用EBCT探索CT仿真支气管镜发现不同大小腔内占位的能力。材料和方法 :新鲜离体猪肺标本1具 ;小土豆块5块。小土豆块用于模拟小的腔内占位。扫描方式为EBCT连续容积扫描 ,三维重建方式为遮盖表面显示法。结果 :3mm层厚扫描的EBCT仿真支气管镜可良好地显示2mm左右以上的气道内占位 ,显示1.5mm大小的占位时图像失真 ,对1mm大小的占位没有显示 ;1.5mm层厚扫描的CT仿真支气管镜可良好地显示1.5mm左右以上的气道内占位 ,显示1mm大小的占位时图像失真。结论 :EBCT仿真支气管镜可显示气道内的较小的占位病灶 ,其检出小占位病灶的能力有一定的限度 ,且与扫描层厚密切相关。Purpose:To explore the capability of CT virtual bronchoscopy in detecting occupying lesions within airway with EBCT.Materials and Method:1 pig lung specimen?5 small pieces of potato.Continuous volume scan was selected with EBCT,and the three-dimensional reconstruction was made with SSD.Results:To 3mm scanning slice thickness group EBCT VB:the simulated 2mm and larger occupying masses were clearly revealed by EBCT virtual bronchoscopy,while 1.5mm mass was revealed with distortion and 1mm mass was misses altogether.To 1.5mm scanning slice thickness group:the simulated 1.5mm and large occupying mass were clearly revealed by EBCT virtual bronchoscopy,while 1mm mass was revealed with distortion.Conclusion:CT virtual bronchoscopy can reveal clearly small occupying masses within airway,but then capabilily is limited and related to the slice thickness.
