摘 要:目的 研究乙酸 β-哌啶乙酯 (Ape)与钉螺足平滑肌 M胆碱能受体的量效关系。 方法 采用离体钉螺足平滑肌收缩活动的实验方法。 结果 不同浓度的 Ape对钉螺足平滑肌的收缩力呈双相性反应 ;Ape10 - 7~ 3× 10 - 6mol/L使钉螺足平滑肌收缩力增加 ,10 - 5~ 10 - 4 mol/L 则使钉螺足平滑肌收缩力减弱 ,均呈浓度依赖性。低浓度的 Ape有增强钉螺足平滑肌收缩力的作用 ,可被阿托品所阻断 ;高浓度的 Ape则可拮抗氨甲酰胆碱增强足平滑肌的收缩力。 结论 Ape对钉螺足平滑肌收缩曲线呈双相性 ,且与 M胆碱能受体有关。提示大剂量的 Ape有拮抗 M胆碱能受体的作用 ,可能是其杀螺作用的机理之一。Objective To study the concentration effect relationship beteen acetic β (N piperidine) ester(Ape) and M cholinoceptor of oncomelania foot smooth muscle. Methods Spontaneous contractive activities of isolated foot smooth muscles of oncomelania method was used in the study. Results Ape of different concentration showed a biphasic effect on the contractility of foot smooth muscles of oncomelania. At 10 -7 ~3×10 -6 mol/L,it increased the contractility of oncomelania foot smooth muscles, while at 10 -5 ~10 -4 mol/L it inhibited the contractility gradually, both in a concentration dependent manner. Atropine obviously inhibited the contractive activities with 3×10 -6 mol/L Ape reinforces in foot smooth muscles of oncomelania, 3×10 -5 mol/L of Ape obviously inhibited the contractive activities with Carbamycholine reinforces in foot smooth muscles of oncomelania. Conclusion Ape showed a biphasic effect on the contractility of oncomelania foot smooth muscle. These results might afforded snail killing of Ape maybe inhibite on M cholinoceptor of oncomelania in high concentration.
