Vit B_6在妊娠中期引产后抑制泌乳的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :研究VitB6在妊娠中期引产后抑制泌乳的作用及其临床应用。方法 :6 0例妊娠中期孕妇经羊膜腔内注入雷夫奴尔 10 0mg引产 ,其中 30例术后不服药作为对照组 ,30例在术后 2小时开始服VitB66 0mgtid× 5天。两组均于术前及术后 4天以RIA法测定血清中PRL、E2 及P的水平 ,对结果作相关分析。同时观察乳汁分泌情况。结果 :血清三项激素水平虽在术后均较前明显下降 ,但服药组PRL下降更为明显 (P <0 .0 0 1vs0 .0 5 ) ,挤压乳房有泌乳者服药组仅 2例 ,而对照组有 9例。结论 :妊娠中止后 2小时内开始服VitB6能极为有效地抑制乳汁分泌 (93 3% ) ,可代替己烯雌酚等传统药物。血清PRL水平的显著下降 (42 85 % ) ,提供了完善的实验室资料。Objective To investigate the action of suppressing lactation with Vit B 6 after induced abortion in second trimester of pregnancy and its clinical application. Methods 60 Subjects in the sceond trimester of pregnancy were induced aborthion with intra-ammiotic injection of 100mg rivanol. 30 subjects were not given any drug after the proceduce (serving as controls) and the another 30 subjects started Vit B 6 2h after operation. With a dose of 60mg tid×5 days P.o. Serum levels of PRL? E 2? P Were determines with RIA befor and on the 4 th day post-abortion. Presence or absence of lactation after abortion was observed by squeezing the breast in all subjeats. Results In both groups the post-operative serum levels of the three tested hormones were signiffcantly lower than those before operation. The decrease of PRL was especially marked in the Vit B 6 gorup ( P <0.001 vs 0.05). Milk secretion occurred only in 2 subjects in the Vit B 6 group (6 66%, 2/30); while it was present in 9 controls (30%, 9/30). Conclusion Starting Vit B 6 treatment with in 2 hrs after terminal of pregnancy would very effectively suppress milk secration (93.3%) and could satisfactorily replace the conventional stilbesterol treatment. Marked decrease in serum PRL level (42.85%) reflected a solid laboratory evidence.
