却老壮骨片对家犬的长期毒性试验研究

摘　　要：观察却老壮骨片 (壮骨片 )连续给药后对家犬可能产生的毒性反应及性质。用壮骨片0 .16 7、0 .334、0 .6 6 8mg/kg/d和甲基炔诺酮 (0 .15 4mg/kg/d)及尼尔雌醇 (0 .5 14mg/kg/d)给家犬连续口服 180d ,观察用药期间毒性反应及停药 2 1天期间恢复情况。结果表明在用药 15 0天后 ,壮骨片高剂量组和甲基炔诺酮高剂量组 ,动物体重增长虽略有减慢 ,但与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;其他各剂量组各功能检查未见明显变化。壮骨片在相当成人常用量 74 .To verify the clinical toxicity and adverse effects of QLZGPin animals.Dogs were treated with oral QLZGP 0.167mg/kg/d ,0.334mg/kg/d,0.668mg/kg/d,methylnorethindrone 0.154mg/kg/d and nilestriol 0.514mg/kg/d respectively for 180 days.The toxic reations during treatment and the recovery situation 21 days after of stopping treatment were observed.The results showed that loss of weight occurred in the large dosage group (QLZGPand methylnorethindrone)and there were no significant changes in other dosage groups 150 days after durg using.After withdrawal of drugs ,all toxic symptoms disappeared and the abnomal indexes were restored.The safe dosage of QLZGPfor dogs was about 0.668mg/kg/d.
