摘　　要：目的 :研究臭牡丹的镇静和催眠作用并为其临床应用提供理论基础。方法 :①臭牡丹液对小鼠自发活动的影响 (抖笼法 )。②臭牡丹液对戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间的影响。③臭牡丹液对戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量的影响。结果 :臭牡丹具有明显减少小鼠自发活动作用、协同戊巴比妥钠的中枢抑制作用且呈剂量依耐性。结论objective:The sedative and hypnotic effects of Clerodendron bungei steud decoction were studied in order to provide the theorotic evidence for its clinical application Methods:There were three kinds of methods;the first was about Clerodendron bungei solution decreasing the autonomic activity in mice by the hunged cage,the second was about its prolonging the time of sleep of pentobarbital,the third was about its inducing the hypnotic effect of a low hypnotic threshold dose of pentobarbital mice.Result:It decreasedthe autonomic activity;induced hypnotic effect of a low hypnotic threshold dose of pentobarbital mice and prolonged the time of sleep of pentobarbital in mice.Conclusion:it had sedative and hypnotic effects.
