摘 要:目的 :为探讨一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)与慢性缺氧肺动脉高压的关系 ,以及吸入NO和吸入氧的治疗效果 ,进行了本项研究。方法 :实验时将动物 (大鼠 )随机分成对照组 (组Ⅰ )、缺氧组 (组Ⅱ )、缺氧 +吸氧组 (组Ⅲ )、缺氧 +NO吸入组 (组Ⅳ )和缺氧 +NO吸入 +氧吸入组(组Ⅴ )。结果 :组Ⅱ与组Ⅰ比较平均肺动脉压 (mPAP)明显增高 ,氧分压 (PO2 )、血浆NO明显降低 ,血浆ET - 1明显增高。析因分析处理间P <0 .0 1,交互影响P <0 .0 1,表明吸入NO同时吸氧有交互影响。结论 :NO与ET - 1参与了慢性缺氧肺动脉高压的形成 ,吸入NO同时吸氧能显著降低慢性缺氧性脉动脉高压 。Objective: To investigate the relaction of nitric oxide (NO) and enclothe lin-1(ET-1)with chronically hypoxic pulmonary artery hypertension.To study the effect of inhaled NO and oxygen at the same time.Methods:The experimental animals were randomly divided into control group(group Ⅰ),hypoxia group (group Ⅱ),hypoxia +inhaled oxygen group(group Ⅲ),hypoxia+inhaled NO group (groupⅣ) and hypoxia+inhaled NO+inhaled oxygen group (group Ⅴ).The animals of every group were 15,added up 75 wistar hats.The experimental data were analyzed by the statistics.Result:Mean pulmonary artery pressare(mPAP) Significantly increased,partial pressure O2(PO2) decreased,NO in serum decreased and ET-1 in Serum increased in the group Ⅱ as compared with that of the group Ⅰ.The analysis of factoril design showed that it had cross-over impacts to inhaled NO and O2 at the same time.Conclusion:NO and ET-1 were probablly invoved in the mechanism of chronically hypoxic pulmonary artery hgpertension.Inhalation of NO and O2 at the same time can significantly decrease chronically hypoxic pulmonary artery hypertension and reinforce oxygenation of lungs.
