摘 要:目的 :探讨螺旋CT不同成像技术对小儿气管、支气管异物的显示效果及其在诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 38例气管、支气管异物患儿行胸部螺旋CT扫描 ,获得扫描数据后进行图像后处理 ,成像技术包括多平面重建 (MPR)、最小密度投影 (MinP)、表面遮蔽显示 (SSD)、CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)。作出CT诊断后即行内窥镜下异物摘取术。结果 :38例气管、支气管异物在不同成像技术中的显示是MPR 10 0 % ,MinP 71.1% ,SSD 6 0 .5 % ,CTVE 73.7% ;异物部位为气管 8例 ,右侧支气管 17例 ,左侧支气管 13例。内窥镜下异物摘取术结果与CT诊断一致。结论 :螺旋CT在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值 ,其中MPR应作为成像常规 ,MinP、SSD、CTVE不宜单独应用 ,应结合MPR或轴面像 。Objective:To evaluate the different imaging techniques,clinical value and abilities of showing children,sforeign bodies in the trachea and bronchi.Method:38 children of foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchi were scanned,with the scanning data,the images were made by the different image post-processing,including MPR,MinP,SSD,CTVE.Following CT diagnoses,foreign bodies were taken out under endoscopy.Results:The 38 cases of children,sforeign bodies in the trachea and bronchi,containing 8 cases of foreign bodies in the trathea,17 cases in the right bronchus,and 13 cases in the left bronchus, are shown 100% by MPR,71.1% by MinP,60.5% by SSD,73.7% by CTVE.The results achieved under endoscopy and CT diagnoses were of coherence.Conclusion:Spiral CT is of great value in diagnosing children,sforeign bodies in the trachea and bronchi.MPR should be customarily used.MinP,SSD,and CTVE should better be opplied with the relationship of MPR or axial images to widen their diagnosing ability.
