摘　　要：针对广大科研人员最关心的科技论文被《SCI》收录的问题 ,详细介绍了《SCI》的概况、功能及编辑特点 ,并在此基础上从了解源期刊信息对投稿的重要性、论文的学术水平、英文摘要的表达、参考文献的著录及国际学术交流等五个方面分析了科技论文在撰写及投稿时应注意的策略和技巧。The scientific and technical articles selected by SCI are the chief concern of researchers. This paper, therefore,introduces the structure, function and editorial characteristics, and analyzes the methods and skills in writing scientific and technical papers from five aspects: the journals selected by SCI , the quality of scientific and technical papers, the expression of English abstracts, references and international academic exchanges.
