摘　　要：国际竞争力“新成本综合比较分析”评价体系由五个层次的评价内容构成 ,即 :因素指标表现评价、单项竞争力评价、三大成本评价、资产竞争力和转化能力竞争力评价、国际竞争力评价。应在此基础上 。The evaluation system for 'a synthetic comparison and analysis of new cost' of international competition capability comprises five steps such as evaluation of factor index, evaluation of single norm competition capability, evaluation of three costs, evaluation of property competition capability and transformational competition capability, and evaluation of international competition capability. Thus the evaluation can be made by a scientific analytic method.
