摘　　要：民族区域自治法修改公布后 ,民族自治地方自治法规的修改在原则、程序和主要内容方面均出现了一系列新的课题。如 :自治地方法规的修订原则 ;自治条例的修改需要注意解决的问题 ;单行条例制定。The newly-amended 'Law of Ethnic Regional Autonomy' has brought out a series of new topics for local autonomous legislation, including the revision principles of local autonomous laws and regulations, questions to be resolved during the revision of the autonomy statutes, the making of specific regulations, and questions concerning the revision and perfection.
