摘　　要：从扶优促强、原料结构调整、环境保护、中小企业问题、高新技术改造传统产业５个方面，对“十五”期间浙江省造纸工业的发展提出了意见和建议。The author puts forward his opinions and suggestions on the development of the paper industry of Zhejiang Province during the Tenth Five Plan in terms of supporting the excellent enterprises, raw material construction adjustment,environmental protection, small and medium sized enterprises and transforming traditional industry with high and new technology.
