摘　　要：膜涂器是近几年世界广为采用的新型机内涂布设备，可两面同时涂布，涂层均一，适用于以机提提要：械浆或脱墨回用浆为主要配比、强度较低的原纸。本文介绍了Enertec、Voith Sulzer、Valmet三家外提提要：商对本公司LWC纸推荐的三种涂布器及附属设施的设计和布置情况；叙述了涂布过程的基本提提要：工作原理和详细情况；并对预压光的必要性、高速纸机涂布工艺过程中主要参数及其相互关系提提要：进行了讨论；对可能出现的雾溅、桔皮斑纹等常见现象和它产生的原因，以及与之相关的涂料提提要：流变性和涂料组方也进行了讨论，介绍了国外在这方面最新研究成果。Film coater currently is universally adopted as on-line equipment and new coating technology.It consists of coating feeding system,premetering element & two rolls-applicator.The paper passing through press nip takes coating film uniformly on surfaces of both sides simultaneousl.They are preferred applicable to base paper of weak strength,which are mainly furnished with mechanical pulp or deinked recycled pulp.This paper describes three different film coaters that were proposed by three foreign manufacturers for our LWC paper project,consists of the design configuration of coaters & technology.Discussions are issued on the necessity of precalendering,how the main parameters of film coating & their correlated functions affect its performance.The usual phenomena of misting and orange peel during high speed running and their cause is also discussed.The related coating rheology of some coating formulation strategy in light of foreign research resultant is here disposed.
