摘　　要：介绍一种以单片机为核心的花式捻线机控制器，该控制器能够对４根罗拉进行联动运行控制，适合多种花式捻线机使用，初步实现了花式捻线机的机电一体化。其结构简单、使用方便、价格低廉，适合在国内进行推广。The technical control of fancy yarn is somewhat difficult because of its complex varieties and types, and the mechatronization of a fancy yarn spinner is very challenging. This paper presents a fancy yarn spinner controller based on singe - chip processor developed by the author. It is capable of control- ling 4 roller coordinately, and can be used with varied type of fancy yarn spinner. This controller is a mechatronic prototype of fancy yarn spinner, with simple structure, easy operation and low cost, and worthy of wide use.
