摘 要:研究涤纶与改性涤纶在以乙醇为溶剂的介质中的减量处理过程。结果表明:以乙醇为介质的减量率明显高于以水为介质。减量可改善涤纶和改性涤纶吸水吸湿性,改性涤纶改善效果更为明显。The causticization of the polyester and modified polyester with the alcohol as medium is studied in this paper. The results show that the causicization efficiency in the alcohol is higher than that in the water. Increasing the levels of weight loss is observed with increasing the consistency of NaOH (from 0. 5 % to 1. 0% ) and the temperature. The causticization effect of polyester is different from that of modified polyester. A higher levels of weight loss for modified polyester is at a low temperature, but for polyester is at a high temperature. The causticization can improve the water absorbability and moisture absorption of polyester and modified polyester, whereas the effect is more obvious for modified polyester.
