摘　　要：目的　探讨心脏创伤的诊断、手术方式及围手术期处理方法。方法　回顾分析 1982年 10月～1999年 7月我科收治的心脏创伤 11例病历资料 ,其中锐器伤 10例 ,钝性心脏创伤 1例。 11例全部经手术抢救治疗。结果　 10例抢救成功痊愈出院 ,1例死亡。结论　尽早诊断、积极剖胸探查、迅速解除心包压塞。Objective This report was based on reviewing the experience of the diagnosis and surgical management for cardiac trama in 11 cases.?Methods From 1982 to 1999,11 cases of cardiac traumas were operated and analyzed retrospectively.?Results All patients except 1 recovered .The mortality was 9.1% in this group.?Conclusion This result suggests that it is the key to improve the management for cardic trauma to diagnose accurately and to relieve cardic tamponade promptly.
