舒氨新治疗老年呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价舒氨新治疗老年呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法 :治疗组给予舒氨新 4 .5 g,每天 2次静滴 ,对照组给予头孢唑啉 3.0 g ,每天 2次静滴。两组疗程均为 7～ 14天。结果 :治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 95 .1%和 78.4 % ,细菌清除率分别为 85 %和 5 0 %。结论 :舒氨新对于老年呼吸道感染来说是一种安全。Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ampicillin/sulbactam in the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory tract inections.Method:In the treatment group, 82 elderly patients with respiratory tract infections received ampicillin/sulbactam 2.25g bid for 7～14 days.While in the control group, 74 elderly patients with respiratory tract infections received cefazolin 1.5g bid for 7～14 days.Results:Effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 95.1% and 78.4% and the bacterial eradication rates were 85% and 50% respectively.Conclusion:Ampicillin/sulbactam is a safe and effective combination in treating elderly patients with respiratory tract infections.
