酸洗钢型材及电镀钢件废酸液闭路循环处理的研究

摘　　要：在酸洗钢件或电镀件的过程中 ,会产生大量的废酸液及含酸废水 ,对此 ,采用酸洗槽液和冲洗废水全部闭路循环 ,同时回收FeSO4 的处理工艺 ,找出了使废酸液自然结晶回收FeSO4 的最佳条件 ,以及含酸废水中和、曝气处理的最佳工艺条件 。In the process of shape steel acid washing and steel plating,it will produce great deal of waste acid liquid and washing waste water.So the process of recycling FeSO 4 and closed circulating all waste water adopted the best condition of crystallizing FeSO 4 and the process conditions of neutralizing and aerating for the acid washing waste water are found out,which is further discussed theoretically.
