口腔科手机使用后的清洗与消毒应用研究

摘　　要：目的为保证口腔科病人就诊安全 ,预防交叉感染 ,探讨口腔科手机清洗与消毒的有效方法。方法对我院口腔科诊治病人实行一人一手机一消毒的措施。对使用后的手机采用过滤水、冷开水、新鲜冷开水等三种不同手机清洗用水 ,在临床实践和实验室试验中分别和蒸馏水进行比较 ,经过一年半时间的观察及统计学处理。结果新鲜的冷开水可以代替蒸馏水作为手机清洗用水。结论使用后的手机用新鲜冷开水再加上超声波清洗器的清洗后再进行高压蒸汽灭菌 ,既能有效消毒又能延长手机使用寿命 。Objective To ensure the patients'safety,prevent cross infection and explore effective method for hand machine's sterilizing in oral department.Method one patient one hand machine and one sterilizing measurement were carried in our hospital.Including washing by fitrated water,cold boiled water and boiled water.One and half years comparison with distilled water were conducted during experiment and clinical utilization.Result Hand machine washed by Boiled water and ultrasomic washer,then super pressrue sterilization will prolong the life of hand machine,reduce axletree abrasion and cost.Conclusion Refresh boiled water can substitute distilled water as washing water for hand mechine clean.
