摘　　要：针对一般中、小水泥厂配料的要求 ,介绍了一种新型的智能化数据采集和调控装置。该装置以80C196KC单片机为核心 ,用LED数码管显示 ,通过小键盘可方便地修改石灰石、煤炭、黄土、铁粉等的配比。本装置结构简单 ,调节方便 ,性能价格比高。This paper introduces a new automation system of collecting and controlling. The system can be used in the middle-scale and the small-scale cement factory and it is made of 80c196kc SCM, LED, Keyboard and so on. A ratio of limestone, coal, loess, iron powder is easy to be changed by its small keyboard. The system has both simple structure and convenient operation, high ratio of performance to price.
