摘　　要：分析我国现有的手持式带电清扫器具使用中存在的问题。介绍适用于110kV、220kV高压变电设备带电清扫作业的先进机具:采用落地式动力源与手持清扫器2个分体部件的结构,软轴连接传递动力、驱动毛刷盘高速旋转完成带电清扫作业的新颖便携式软轴连接带电清扫器;机具重量轻、清扫功率大、使用寿命长、操作安全可靠;简述带电清扫器的使用前景。Problems existed in current hand type live cleaning equipment is analyzed in this paper.The advanced live cleaning equipment adapting to110kV,220kV HV power transformation equipment is introduced.The e-quipment is connected by standard power source&hand type cleaning equipment ,and brush plate rotates at high speed to complete cleaning operation under the drive of soft-shaft connected motor.The cleaning equipment has the advantages of lightweight ,large cleaning power,long life and safe,reliable operation.The application prospect of live cleaning equipment is presented in this paper.
